I have been regularly going there for coffee and bran muffin for years. Your prices have gone up but the service has gone down always new staff who try to charge me $4.75 for coffee and muffin before 1000 am. I have to explain that price is incorrect, the person has to consult another person. Today I went there and the same thing happened PLUS, the Bran muffin was not Bran Muffin ... it was Bran/Raspberry Muffin and it was uncooked so I had to throw it away...that's a lot of money to throw away these days ! I have had excellent service before and good muffins...I wish I could say excellent but am really very disappointed. I don't know what is happening as of late................. Things are better when Daniel is serving.. but he's not there everyday !! Your phone no longer answers as well or I would have called. I suggest you check your bran muffin cook and staff. ..More Reviews
